Mine makes a bit of a noise but not that much that you can hear it outside the car. Occasionally I can hear it in the car. But mine is noisey on start up makes a real whine

I have got a similar setup in my T and I havent changed the shockes as yet. Reading other threads that have posted similar questions I don't think that you will have any prob if you don't change the shocks. The springs won't fall out either.

The only thing I forgot was on the bottom of the swirl pot there is a little black piece that you have to take of to be able to seperate it or else you will struggle for ages. Once you remove that with a bit of gentle persuasion it comes upart. It isn't really that hard to do. I did it myself and I didn't have a clue what I was doing and mine is fine and has been for about 20 000km. Goodluck with it anyway

I just got some new wheels and springs fitted. RPM Hammans they are 19's. Also got some ing springs fitted as well. would have liked to have gone lower at the bac but it will scrub badly I think. Took some pictures of the plazmaman piping kit I fitted a few weeks ago

Any update on the cruise on the 1st of July yet? I know your prob still over in China but just thought I would check. I'm a cruise virgin so can't wait to finally go on one

I keep getting some error when trying to open the gallery forum. Error keeps saying something about IPB or something like that. Is there anyway to fix it? Or do you have to be a donating member to be be able to look at it?

None of them really say a ball park figure. Most of the threads say what brand to use but I just want a ball park figure.

I know this topic has been done to death but I would just like a rough idea of what power the standard BA valve springs can handle? I'm looking for about 290kw, so will the standard springs be able to handle that?

You can say what you like but the laws are there for a reason. How would you feel if somebody that was street racing or hooning killed somebody from your family, then you would get up the cops for not doing enough. deal with people like you everyday have nothing good to say bout anything but when you rin trouble who do you always end up calling

They do give us discretion I agree with that but if people above us decide to tell us to do something than our hands are tired. I agree the hooning or street racing law is very hard for us to prove and if you have a half decent lawyer then well its pretty much all over for us. Taking someones car for a burnout is alot easier because it is very clear cut and the legislation is black and white for us.

Just for your information we don't have any discretion when it comes to confiscating cars or street racing. We must take the car and give the ticket, if we are found out not to have one of the above mentioned then we will get our ass kicked. Obviously you disagree with some of the laws within NSW but each to their own. Somebody has to do the job and if your unlucky enough to get caught then you must wear the punishment.

My tuner said I may need to fit colder spark plugs when I get my next lot of upgrades done. He said he uses NGK plugs but could anyone tell me the part number that he would be using if he was fitting colder plugs. Any help would be great

I am a cop in NSW and if they are cracking down anything like over here at the moment I wish you luck. We have SOPS now that say if we catch any car doing burnouts or street racing we have to impound the car. We use to have the choice to just give them a burnout ticket but now we must take their car. Some people you feel sorry for because they were just in the wrong place at the wrong time but other 'car hoons' push us to our limit and do burnouts in fornt of us and then when we tell them that we are going to take their car they have the biggest cry to us and winge how unfair it is, and that we should be catching real criminals. As I tell the people that I catch is I have a performance car to but there is a time and a place to do it. They often like to show off in front of their mates and the cops and they will always lose if they are trying to push our buttons.

Did anyone from the forum come down to wollongong on the cruise on friday night. The cops moved everyone off though.
