  1. What mods have you done to it?? Nice power by the way.
  2. Happy Birthday rhys86!

  3. Hope there will be plenty of pictures once it is all done.
  4. Is the part on there web page?? I had a look and can't find it.
  5. Count me in, will just have to check my roster. Just for your info it's Tongarra Rd not Terralong Street.
  6. I know they are for a fact because they came down and assist with a job the other day (Raptor 222 & 224). A small amount have been placed within S/F Raptor. that's from my experience but im not getting in an argument with you over it.
  7. The fpv's use to belong to Strike Force Tapian but they have since moved them to Strike Force Raptor which target OMCG related activity all over NSW.
  8. CV took the photo not me so I can't make it larger sorry.
  9. Shifters The search button is your friend. Here is one of mine.
  10. Awesome time very well done. Does aanyone have any footage of this run??
  11. Thanks. Anyone got any specs on this thing. It leaves really hard.
  12. Yeah but they are pricey and take a bit to install. Stally also has something to do with it as well. You could just go a smaller stally. Mine doesn't get driven all that much so it don't bother me.
  13. Mine is built by Protrans. Cost a little more than 6000 but its rated at 1200hp. Bit of over kill. DDrives good on the street not the best thing for driving on the freeway revvs a bit high.

    Woof Woof

I have two aussie bulldogs. Very sismilar to a british bulldog. The only difference ever so slightly longer which reduces the breathing difficulties. Other than that basically the same build and what not. Price is heaps cheaper as well. I paid $1000 each for mine.
  15. Totally agree but it does increase it to some extent. To what extent both you and I don't no. That example was at the extreme end of the scale but I have seen plenty more less. Each to their own I guess.

    Speeding Fine.

despite the fact that you have all your point's and what not by taking the matter to court you run the risk of a maximum penalty of $2000 and/or a disqualification period. More than likely won't happen but I have seen a simple neg drive ticket taken to court and he ended up disqualified for 3 months. He had a fairly good traffic record so it can happen. Get a bad magistrate and they will make your life hell.
  17. A sh*t load of power and due to the cheap cost more often then not ends up in an unexperienced driver's hands (young and old).
  18. In my experience speed is one of several factors that condributes to a crash. Usually it is the driver that brings themselves unstuck. Yes cars have improved with safety over the years but also have plenty more power than what they use to. Increasing speed limits because cars have improved safety isn't the best idea. Cars don't improve a driver's aility to be able to avoid certain things. They certainly do help but the driver is the driver, car's don't drive themselves. Causing kaos on the road isn't the right way to go about it. All you are going to do is piss off other road users who more than likely have the same opinion on the subject as you. Also if speed doesn't kill go to a couple of fatal accidents where families have been involved. Speed in my experience has had some part to play. For example triple fatal in Wollongong about a year ago. Turned up to that stepped out of the car and didn't realise there was a head laying 2 lanes from the actual car. Found out 3 hours later that it was my wifes sisters boyfriend. I will give you one guess at what caused that accident... 200km/h in a 70km/h with a impact speed of 174km/h. Plenty more first hand examples so in short speed kills. It aint the only factor one of many.
  19. Mine was built by Protrans and it hasnt missed a beat.
  20. In my opinion I would love to Dus12s car run on whatever fuel he likes. He stated and so has Spiko its purely an exhibition run and everyone loves to see big powered cars no matter what fuel they use. Using race fuel is just like bolting a turbo onto your car or using n2o. Its another power adder and it to has its limitations. I personally wish I could be there to see any of these big powered cars reach there full potential on whatever fuel.
  21. Yes. The tune and the stally have to work together.
  22. If you do a search there are several topics covering this. To sum them up though 2800-3000 seems to be the norm on here. It's a bit of a balancing act, go to big and you loose mph but it will help to get you out of the whole quicker. To small mph don't suffer but your 60ft may. Your tune also comes into play depending how hard boost comes on and all the other variables. Dave (Blueboost) ran several 9sec passes and from memory he only uses a 3000rpm stally.
