Xr6 bf zf problems

So I was racing my mate in my car car had low fuel about a 100 ks left on the tank but don’t trust it 100% and we were going up hill got up to 120 and the car would just judder. I did it again on flat surface and it didn’t do it would this be because of low fuel and then fuel cutting it cause there isn’t much fuel.

would be great if anyone knows 

car is a xr6 bf zf with a new gear box and motor

fuel surge can definitely be a thing... but not really on a stock vehicle... is it modified?

@k31thjust your basic na stuff. Has exhaust, diff gears, tuned gearbox. Also the motor is off a fg but has the b series intake manifold strapped to it

ask about your tuner then... as that sounds more like a tuner thing

@k31thyeah definitely doesn’t sound like it’s a box problem as wasn’t making any harsh noises or thumps the car was just juddering like it was getting no fuel or could be another issue but I’ll first talk to my tuner. Cheers

Sounds like fuel starvation to me. Fill the tank and floor it up the hill again to see if it's fixed.
