BF XR6 Acceleration problem

Ive got a 2007 bf xr6 with the zf 6speed auto in it ive recently starting having a problem where after 2-3minutes of driving it starts to have a acceleration problem where it feels like the throttle isnt responding to my foot position properly and especially doesnt like it when I have to slow down for intersections etc itll completely feel like theres no response in the throttle when I go to put my foot back on the pedal again it does like mini backfires at the same to and it only responses when I put my foot past halfway 

 

 

Ive changed spark plugs and fuel filter and it still does it

check fuel pressure, supposed to be around 60 psi at idle. good idea to check ignition coils

Replaced coils with new ones today also have new 02 sensor aswell still no change... Am going to try fuel pressure test tomorrow
