Even on 98 you'd have a very quick ride. While we could suggest this and that, Jet has his preferred, tried and true, method of doing things. Leave it in his hands. If you're curious then check the 400rwkw and 500rwkw sections for what 10k can do when used wisely.

Jet can probably give you a tune that will work well with 98 and 95. You can't run a 98/95 tuned car properly on e85 and vice versa, due to the vast difference in the fueling requirements.
