I know what you're saying John. I've asked a guy about a bike he's supposedly wrecking out. I just want parts but he wants $3k for the whole bike. 

 

Spud have a look on scumtree there's a couple wreckers in Sydney that have heaps of turbo stuff. They seem to price their stuff high but you should be able to haggle with them. They have to be able to move on their prices otherwise they wouldn't sell anything.

yeh hopefully I can pickup a good low km motor with wiring harness this week, just want it back on the road, then start the boltons haha, ill be happy with 300ish kws to start ;)

mr hdt in dubbo is what I have the dyno sheets for 399hp... I kind of need a whole setup as my wiring is cactus and powersteering pump is rooted too. would a bf motor slot straight in without any dramas?

Should do but the motor isn't as strong

Exhaust manifold is different. Also your piping won't line up with the standar fg inlet. Apart from that I can't see anything getting in the way.

Ok so ive sourced an f6 BF motor with low kms, what do I need to do to make it work? What wiring harness do I need, computer etc to suit BA mk2

Does it come with the harness? 

I believe the pcm is different but harness same.

ive read I can keep my ba computer, just have to get it tuned, it would need to be tuned anyway
