Had my new Bosch 3/4 length 980cc 6hole spray orifice injectors tested and came back with the following.

#1 1008cc

#2 1008cc

#3 1036cc

#4 1036cc

#5 1008cc

#6 1008cc

These are off the shelf non flow matched obviously.

Injectors need to be flow matched at multiple points on their charecter curve.

To flow match them at full open flow has no benifit as the injector is not actively pulsing.

Correct.

Mine have several different test results not just wide open

Test was performed by PETRO-JECT at Stepney.
