I have just moved from 245 KU31s to 275 Invos. I believe I have a 80% traction improvement - Yes it will still spin. But the spin is much more controllable and much harder to initiate with flat footing.

What I like about the invos is when you get wheelspin you're still getting good forward drive .

That's what I found too!

I went to Federal 595rsr (whatever standard 17inch size is) $300 a tyre after a recommendation from Qik1 and found they held my 330rwkw on the BA with 4sp auto no problems.

They are a 120 wear rating tyre but I still got good km's out of them as wheel spin was always limited and I didn't generally corner like a d!ckhead who thinks he's at a go-kart track!

On a standard FG xr6t with 6sp auto I would just be grabbing 2nd gear as soon as you feel the tyres are ready to spin...

I just put Kumho 255/35/19 on my F6 and am pretty impressed so far with traction in 2nd gear.I havent tried 1st gear hard but id imagine itll spin pretty hard.Im currently using 98tune which has 370rwkws

Kumho what? That's like saying I bought a Ford and it's fast. Did you buy a Fiesta or a GT40? :)

Invos work best at the end of their life and have been known to do 1.7 60 fts at the strip in 275/18 combo so yes they can but when there new they can feel a bit sloppy first up

I did a 1.713 on 245/40/18's remember Snot!

But I am awesome!
