I got the impression somewhere on here in another thread that all the hoses were 10mm making it easy to plumb up. Mine took a bit more fiddling. The elbow off the pcv was about 7-8mm, the hose then stretches over the factory one way valve which is about 10mm, then shrinks back down to go into a 8mm t-join before stretching back out to 10mm go into the elbow connected to the intake manifold. The fittings on my catch can were 3/8 which is about 10mm, so I just went into ford and bought the larger elbow the same as what was connected to the intake manifold and swapped it with the one that was on the pcv, and bought a brass t-joiner that was 3/8 on either side. This allowed me to run 3/8 hose pretty much everywhere except the top bit of the t which I used 1/4" hose to plumb up to the rest of the factory line. Are you sure the one way valve is correct. Also the stock ones have been known to fail. Could only blow one way through it when I took it out to check it so it's not faulty as yet Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/87496-catch-cans-a-necessity/page/3/#findComment-1455782 Share on other sites
