Flapper Mod Touble

Hi guys did my flapper. Mod on my bf typhoon and I think the flapper was not closed right when I put a new 12 psi actutor on as around mid range it feels like air is blowing around it makes 16 psi is that my problem or is it my tune thanks

A flapper mod needs to be coupled with a new tune

Yeah it got tuned after it got done but a road tune I think that could be my problem as it has nt been tuned properly to suit the mods

Could this prove drangous to my car as the tune is rich as f*ck it's been back 4 times and now this problem yeah don't trust road tunes I guess

so what's your problem, you can't get more than 16 psi or you cant get less than 16 psi, 2 totally different situations and what wastegate duty cycle is it actually getting, need this answer to know whether it's mechanical or tune related

My problem is the car feels soft as in the mid rpm the person

who did the road tune said port and flapper mod and actutor would fix it but feels the same before I did it car doesn't come on hard as it should like I ASK him to do I think I might not have had the flapper colsed right before I tighted the actutor bolt up just sounds wrong when I floor it it holds back a fair bit I think that's just the tip of my problem with this hp tune

Yeah I no all it takes is one person to think they can tune to take money for sh*t tuning work and then promote to the world they know there sh*t as long as my motor doesn't let go no real harm done
