275 Nitto Nt05 On 19 Dark Argent

Has anyone tried a 275 nt05 and 19in dark argents? I have 245s and the tyre is almost skinner then the rim!

Hi mate,

I think since the rim is only an 8", the largest tyre width that will fit is a 255. You need a wider rim for a 275 I think

Unless they are the afermarket, staggered argents I think you'll be hard pressed fitting a 275 on.

I have 265s on an 8 and they fit easy, you could fit a 275 nitto on. .

reps mean replicas argents I owned 2 typhoons at same time yellow 1 had original argents DMENTD toxic has replicas because they fitted better filled the guards up & can't tell from looking both same except if u take them off upside down they're different inside.very happy with them.

Waste of time. Look how squeezed the tyre is. Adds no more width and the edge of the tread is turned up towards the rim . AND its illegal as its not a recommended rim for than tyre. Good luck if you have an insurance claim and the inspector is switched on.
