And the motor has been assembled and I had tried to start it numerous times thinking something else was the drama. I know they are wrong as I have a set of stage 4s sitting out and know the correct location for the stage 4 s and wen compared to the ones installed the cam lobes were different at tdc. What id like to know is could this have caused the valve to hit pistons and what other damage could or would it have done? I'm thinking it shouldbt have but am still not 100% sure as after swapping them it started first go although running extremely rough, but was extremely fuel up obviously from being turned over and having the fuel blown back into the intake manifold. Thanks Dan

Not the notch in the cam and postion of the cam angle sensor triggers.(I must admit I did chuckle a little bit...

Ralph I know that they were wrong and cld tell straight away comparing the installed cams to the ones I had out of the car. Im just trying to find out if having the cams in the wrong way has caused the valves to have seks with the piston or anything like that. Cheers ms here's to hoping your right.
