Air Intake Turbine

Hey all has anyone seen this little thing or have tried it already. I came across it today and the first thing that came to mind was Hyclone (CRAP).

After checking it out and thinking about the Hyclone, was that it would have been ok if it wasent fixed and rotated like a fan.

Well this thing dose just that fits snug in the air intake pipe close to the throttle body and can spin up to 3000 rpm.

Dose anyone know about them, Pic Below.

Considering turbos spin up like 100000rpm, and FORCE air into the intake, is say this will be more a restriction than anything sorry

Just looking its not intended to be a turbo replacement, they advertise it as a ventilator creates a vortex air flow to improve air & fuel mixture.
