Hi Guys

My idle has never been 100% smooth. If I listen to the exhaust there is a bit of a miss and pop now and then. I think this might be normal.

From inside the car the idle is ok but not 100% smooth.

Have you guys notice that same thing?

Mine's never been 100% smooth either. Has always rocked the car very VERY slightly. Nothing major. I quite liked it...

Until Thursday when it was enough to make me car sick just sitting in it at idle... :lol:

But I've never had a miss audible from the exhaust... That may be something to be concerned about?

If you put your ear near the exhaust it is more of a slight pop/miss. Mine has done it from day one. that's why I haven't worried about it.

Its more noticable after a long drive when the car is nice and warm.....jump out and have a listen while its idling.

Four days ago I would of added my positive comments to the list, but alas, my ute has just succumb to a serious problem.

Thursday, 8th Jan.

So I'm at Winford motors, Windsor, buying some stuff. Startup my car to leave, engine is very rough at idle, and very noisy. A metalic grinding/tapping noise.

Engineer comes out for a listen... "Oh sh*t... that's not good"

When they go they go. 11000klm, 2 diffs, rear brakes drag, funny metallic clunk in the left rear that confuses FMC geniuses, a thump in the boot occasionally (diff I presume) and the plastic surrounding around the T bar rattles. (Build quality is CRAP) :banghead:

30,000k's here, got some rattles from the back at highway (ie 150km/h ) speeds, think its either the rear seat belts or rear speakers (have premium sound) as its coming from both sides... also I still think I have brake issues even after its been in multiple times, as I can hear some rubbing from the right rear at speeds below say 20km/h, like a steam train because its only rubs for a small part ofthe wheels rotation.
