Problems When Tuned Fg When I Hit The Loud Pedal

Hi all,

I have an fg xr6 turbo making 325rwkw.. Mods are Siemens 60LB, walbro intank pump, 4inch dump, twin 2.5 inch exhaust, wastegate mod, zf tune, rapid 1000hp cooler and piping kit and turbosmart 12psi actuator..

Only had this complete in November and its only done about 6000kms since if that..

I am now having the issue that if I give it a good whack of throttle once it hit 3000rpm it bogs down, splutters and throws in the occasional backfire...

I just changed coil packs and the fuel filter was done 10000kms ago and plugs were changed when everything else was done 6000kms ago..

I am a bit stumped as it revs fine under no load or if I accelerate at a decent level it's ok.. As soon as I go 3/4 throttle and it hits full boost it plays up..

Any ideas??

genuine coils? what's your plug gap?

Plugs are probably gaped wrong or need replacing how many kays?

What coils? Sounds the exact same as when the coils were stuffed on mine.

Genuine and just replaced them.. I have ngk Platinums gapped to 0.8mm they are only 6000kms old.. I thought coils so changed them.. No result..

Genuine coils off eBay or genuine from ford?

Genuine off eBay with the exact same stampings as the original ones..

I don't understand buying them off ebay, I got mine from Ford for almost the same price as they are asking online.
