Guys dose is the tuuuuutuuuuuutuuuu vl noise.

Flutter is much much quicker. Sounds almost like something stuck in a plastic fan.

Why is everyone still confused.

Wait so what is a BOV vent noise?

And who called it "dose"? Maybe give it a dose of the loud pedal.

Well going by the above videos.. you'll get flutter is you chair stopper the FG's existing BOV..

If you want Dose then I can't comment.... I never modded the FG beyond the chair stopper and pod filter..

Sounds like my stock plumb back BOV in the WRX video, except the video one lasts for far longer.

I just remembered the "dose pipe" 90° bend people run to get the higher pitched VL sound, right?

Yep Steve, dose is the proper high pitch noise that a 90 degree gives. I've for some vids of mine on YouTube.

Flutters is everything else you get from a pod with no bov/ small bov.

I removed the bov and blocked the holes with the door stoppers but you could barely hear the tututututu wasn't loud at all...

Oh we'll just thought I would ask. Factory it is lol

Just block the bov off. at low rpm when the turbo is spooling it will flutter when you get off the gas. When you give it a bit more gas and the turbo has spooled up, you will get dose. It's pretty loud with the 4" intake.

If using the stock intake, you will only hear slight fluttering, not dose.
