If I ran my car on this permanently would it have any affect on it? Or would I be better off running it off 98 which has zero ethanol (so I have been told)

On a tuned car, not as safe. Unless actually tuned to that fuel.

Because when I got my car on blacktracks dyno, he said that the car is most likely tuned since the afr is spot on and the car idles slightly higher than stock. Might leave this tank as my last tank of 100?

I was not told by the previous owner whether it was tuned or not, and the owner before him was an engineer for Ford. It would be nice to know whether my car has deffinately been tuned or not.
