The ID1000 injectors are Bosch EV14 Injectors match flowed and re-named .

KPM1000 cc and KPM2000cc match flowed Injectors are excatly the same product however purchased directly from Bosch.

All our injectors are match set and flow tested to within +/- 1% variance.

Idle quality on both injectors are perfect.

In terms of your flow testing, what is the band of pulsewidth (in msecs) that you certify the "+/- 1% variance" for all 6 KPM supplied injectors.

Hi Brian

Our testing is carried out in an automated dynamic scenario. This means we do not test at one set pulswidth. We put the injector through simulated driving conditions eg any where from 2ms pulse @ 5 percent duty cycle up to fully open 100% dutycycle.

We believe testing injectors at one pulse width to match them does not simulate real life conditions.
