prone to collapsing or they were some years back

^+1 cat are know to collapse. My collapsed and at the time APS quoted me $1600 to replace the cat. (the exhaust cost $1800!) having said that once replaced with and SMB cat the systems are good for around 360rwkw and are one of the nicest sounding exhaust for these cars (IMHO)

They have a very subtle note at idle and a nice roar on WOT under Boost. If you can pick one up for $700 that is an absolute bargin IMHO

That's my exhaust mate, I'm in Brisbane so if you're welcome to have a look at it if you're around here.

I have a xforce 3.5 cat back with a APS cat and pacemaker dump pipe..flowing 423 rwkw so far and no probs

#10

APS doesnt make their exhaust anymore. tried to call them and they told me to get the xforce. Reason for this, their cat wasnt emissions compliant anymore so they pretty much threw in the towel. Anyway, if you want help with an exhaust feel free to shoot me a message.
