Maybe upgrade the exhaust from 3" to something bigger and you'll make the power a lot easier. Probably a good idea to put a box over your intake and the heat shield back on your turbo too. Should be able to make 500rwhp with just a bit more boost after that.

If your at 14psi I now I don't think your stock wastegate an actuator will alllow enough boost. $1000 will get you a gate and screamer and then allow as much boost as you want, plus more flow so that 3" may not restrict it as much.

Thanks for all the helpful info guys !!! Yeah I'm only guessing its 3" could even be 3.5 but its definatly not as big as my 4" dump .. Yeah external gate will definatly be on the cards ASAP !! Is putting in cams a worth while mod in these things ?

Well if it's 3.5" you should be fine and if going external gate then you'll have no problems with flow.

Cams aren't worth the money unless you're chasing big power and torque.

Yeah mate that's what I thought lol although a lumpy idle does sound sick haha ! With 500 hp it should easily fry 3rd on the highway just off boost !! If I can achieve that I'd be happy !! It fry's 1st 2nd 3rd with no dramas at all ... It loves a good old Powerskid haha
