If im considered likely to be more racist for being proud to be an Aussie and protective of our culture/heritage, so be it. I couldnt give the slightest f^ck what other races think of Aust pride.

Look over the statistics properly and it's actually fark all, they have have just worded it to sound huge. Thought ABC would have a bit more integrity then that, obviously not.

The statistics are irrelevant, obviously a beat up of some idiot trying to get coverage on the "racism" card.

The important part is that someone would even do this study on flags to racism, that the media print it (wouldnt happen in less diverse countries), and links White Aust policy as racism. Aust is not what is used to be, that's for sure. (I struggle to find a cabbie that can actually speak 5% English when in Melb).

Hence fly the flags tomorrow!!!

Nothing racist about expecting people to uphold our traditions.. I looked at working in UAE / Middle East.. If I took my wife she would've had to follow every tradition/belief/rule they have regarding women.. If we've gotta do it when we go there.. They can follow ours when coming here..

They even come into one of our divisions (driver licensing) and refuse to take off their burkas for the photo identification. That's really intelligent/useful isnt it? Expect licensing to take pictures of people that all look identical?

Then im pulled into it (with others) when they claim racism and abuse by the workers trying to get them to take the burkas off....and expected to be "sympathetic".

Absolutely sh*ts me.

I think the law has to take precedent over religion in any circumstance otherwise there will be anarchy.
