I thought this too but in the vid it showed the noise disappearing and coming back. I was assuming that's with the clutch in then out.

sounds very similar too a flywheel/flexplate loose

If the noise is mainly there when idling or coasting with foot on clutch (idling at speed) there is a chance your flywheel may be loose

Ratter called it spot on.

Loose flywheel.

Replaced clutch anyway wile gearbox was out.
