After what seems like forever waiting to get a tune as I was waiting for ZF tune to be complete I finally got my ute done. Ran 315kw on 12psi which im definatly impressed with.

Engine mods

-Stock 07 BF2 motor

-100cell cat welded in stock dump

-Twin 2.5 redback catback with 3inch tips

-Saber intercooler kit that included hotside piping

-Rapidsystems coldside piping and UB intake

-Bosch 968 42lb injectors

-Xcal3

Still using standard actuator, standard valvesprings, wastegate flapper and standard fuel pump which seems to be the main limiting factor, But all I wanted was 300kw. Unfortunatly I couldnt get ZF tune done as my box isnt on the supported list yet.

Other non engine mods are

-Tein coilovers in front

-1inch blocks in rear

-30mm swaybar up front

-18x 8.5 front and 18x 9.5 rear RS-D dished wheels

-DBA front slotted rotors and Bendix pads

-Ipod video kit on standard premo ICC screen

-DashDAQ OBD2 gauges

Standard dump with 3in 3out 100cell cat welded in place. Stock heatsheild on dump was reattached before install. heat sheild is facing that way to sheild gearbox.

Pic showing intercooler and CAI. Not your usual setup but only lost 2hp between back to back runs on humid QLD day.

Another pic showing piping.

Intercooler setup. Made to use standard crossover and intake. But ive since changed it to setup posted up higher. Piping is probably same length or a bit shorter then stock hotside piping. Cooler is twice size of stock cooler.

Tein coilovers and 30mm swaybar up front.

How it sits now. Just have to drop the back another 15mm which ill be doing soon.

Bit different way of going about it but damn you can't argue with the result. 315 on 12 pound is pretty impressive.

Nice mate, good power and low boost. Fuel pump must be getting close to the limit yeah?

Yep when we ran 16psi for one run it was starting to run out of fuel so backed off. Was recommended to get an intank or Walbro if want to go more or if I was to ever replace pump. That will be next year I think, look at what options there are as I really dont want a noisey pump.

Also made 211kw on 4.5psi with those mods minus injectors and cat on stock tune.

Didnt get Dave to tune it although I will probably get one in future from him. Was ProDyno in Rockhampton. They had done work on a mates car with good results and had a few other turbo Fords there.

Good job mate.. Keep hearing good things about the Ford Tuning (SCT) at Pro-Dyno.. And bad things about the Expensive Daewoo tuning (VCM).. Must be two different blokes or something.

Still have to get a TPS loom as I got 2 motor looms instead. Hose up the brake booster and breater/catchcan. Also have to sit the nizpro cover down properly.

Other mods will be bigger injectors, surge tank (easier then changing utes intank pump) and a 4inch dump.
