What To Look For?

hi fellas..just signed my life away on an 08 FG XR6T ute 6 speed manual, 76000km MAY build, must be one of the first ever produced? Has the luxury pack but no hard lid..this thing is an absolute rocketship in comparison to my old AU 4.0, it's been a few hours and I still can't wipe the stupid grin off my face! I've got a few questions though, since it's such an early build, what are some issues I should look for? the car comes with a 12 month dealer warranty so hopefully with your insight I can work out any bugs and get em fixed.

Trust me mate use the warranty for every thing it's got. How is the service record

Has a full service history, nothing stood out during the test drive, but they never do.

The early models had a tailshaft issue, and lowering it will result in it doing the tailshaft.

we are the most freindly people you will find. tip though stay away from forum members henz and stainless, and don't bend over in front of them. and welcome enjoy the ride.

I helped him out, where as stainless's plan was too;

1: not warn him about the tailshaft. In fact convince him to lower it.

2: follow him till it breaks down.

3: balaclava up.

4...

5...

6: head home.

I'll let you guess what 4 & 5 are.
