Speed holes.Cop spec tune gets rid of speed limiter, increases battery charging at idle. Think that's it. I just wanted to get rid of limiter. Charging mod is cause highway cars were cutting out while stationary idling with flashing lights on while revenue raising,oops I mean speed traps, rbt etc.
