I thought you can tell the difference between the genuine and copied?

I seen colour is different and the inside wall is just flat compared to an aftermarket one.

What are the price differences?

You info feedback would be great.

why do u want genuine? the copies are just as good. Nothing fancy about genuines, they still weigh a tonne!

I think this has been discussed before. The copies are not 'just as good'. Genuine wheels are made to a standard. They are actually a quality wheel. The fakes are not. My bro had aftermarket BA MKII GT-P 19's (the machine faced ones), and the spokes weren't even all the same thickness FFS.

I think the genuines have Ford or FPV stamped inside dont they? I have copies. Can't tell from the outside but you can clearly see they arent genuine when they are off the car.

Went to Wheel King and saw the genuine ones he had as my jaw dropped in price as he had 7 genuine rims all different coloured in grey as they said Ford stuffed up on there colour so there are different coloured grey in these rims out there now.

Was told that the BF to FG are two different coloured greys as FG is darker in colour.

Still searching for a GENUINE SET .... thanks.

The new dark AGENTS ( and they are called AGENT because FPV wheels are dark ARGENTS. Its called copyright) have a load rating of 850kg and the spoke sections are a lot thicker. So I would say the latest copies are in fact NOW better than the originals. They can also be purchased in a 9.5 rear.
