Give them til end of the wk and then ditch them. Go elsewhere and then ignore them IF they get back to you. Good customer service...nahhhtttt!No idea as yet for headboard design? I'd say avoid going stainless as it'll blind people behind you at night with their headlights..I've come across a few trays like that. Annoying.
