You can buy the PWR on eBay, type in FG intercooler

I ran at the strip on a 40deg day and it was consistent, you won't make more power but it will help with power loss, mine did well with 40deg temps it was bloody hot and I did half a dozen runs one after the other, and it didn't get any slower, in fact the last two were the fastest.. Although it was considerably slower than a 20 deg day
