Xr6 Turbo Powered Xf

Hey guys my name is matt, and this is my 1986 xf ghia, its being built for a bit of everything, drag drift, and track work.

I have obtained a xr6 turbo engine for it, witch over the next month should be installed into the car.

The motor and gear I have so far:

Do the older XF Sedans have a solid rear axle?

How much do they weigh?

Yer has a solid rear end, um wieghts around 1300, hoping for around 1150kg.

The body looks pretty straight. Much rust?

Someone else had one on here a while ago - I think it was orange or green or something? Looked sh*t hot!

Thanks for the comments guys will definetly keep ya's posted as the project goes, not much rust in it there was a little around the rear window and a bit in the quater nothing to hard!
