Has anyone got any good quality pictures of the XR6 in red? I cannot find any anywhere! I am looking to order soon, and cant decide between the red or acid rush. Has anyone seen these colours in the flesh? if so what did you think? If you have pictures can you post? Red never goes out of season, I am worried that the acid rush will end up like the Expensive Daewoo Tiger orange or whatever it was called on VT1+2. It looked ok then, but now it looks terrible.

XR6 in Red havent seen. But Acid Rush i have up close and i liked it. Photos didnt do it justice its alot brighter and more appealing in real life then the mustard colour the photos turn out as. I just wanted something a bit different.. you see the blueprint colour on alot of cars now including daihatsu's and that.

If the Venom red is the same as the red's they have previously used on XR's its a nice very vibrant red. Makes the XR stand out for sure.

My AU XR is hot chille red (series one red -venom is series two onwards) so I like you am looking for something a bit different. Hmmm, I think I need to seem them both in the flesh to compare.

I saw a Red XR6 at a dealer a couple of weeks back. I think the red looked great which only added to my confusion about which colour until the wife stepped in and took charge of that department! If you like red cars, I bet you'll LOVE a Venom BA XR6. :D :D :D

As for the pic I posted. The article I lifted them from stated that it was in fact Venom. I can only appologise if thr colour balance is not quite right.

You may notice that the number plates are NZ. Perhaps they don't know their colours :lol:

Thanks for the pics, I don't think that photo turned out right, cause it does look to have an orange tinge to it. It doesn't look as vibrant as the real venom does on AU's. How similar is the Acid rush colour to the golden-ish colour available for VX's?
