Were the runs on 98ron and 20psi still?Welcome to the EASY10 club ;p just put some 265 slicks on and your laughing all the way down the track! Still the same Factory Turbo with the normal high-flow mods. Got the extra 40 rwks and a bucket load of NM's from a twin 3" exhaust and 4" Plazmaman intake. With sorting out all the loose bolts claims ect and the extra 5 psi will get her re-tuned soon and see what see puts out. Boost was up to 23 psi and a little giddy up jucie was added on the last tuning session. Already have the slicks, going to put her in race trim with front runners and MT's 10.5's on the rear. Should get a O.K. time out of her.love the fact there are no aftermarket plenums in use proves that u just DONT need them My Tuner (Blueboost) said from day 1 no need for a plenum. Is'nt there a F6 right down south without a plenum running 9's. I like those flames on the bonnet, as you said, not in your face but a nice touch.You spent a bit of dosh there also, seems money no object.Thanks for that Mate got the flames running down each front gaurd too. You would fall over if I Told you what has been spent, mainly due to doing mods not twice but three times (my fault) and when you turn these Cars/Utes up to 3 X what the factory setting is you do have to expect to break stuff, prime example is the drive line. After the built motor went in the Ute was always going to be a keeper !!! Fun Toy But !! Few of my mates are saying de-badge it due to not that many ford parts left in her. The way I look at it is get everything built and over enginerred. New custom tailshaft arriving tommorrow, good to have her back on the road. Got the Pro Utes Chrisy party this weekend in Mission beach

On the BTR 4 speed Gearbox we have decided to remove it and will be replaced with another Dominellos built box being a Turbo 400 rated to 1500+HP with one of his handmade 2800-3000 stall convertors. Tony Dominello is in the process of building the new set up with the main reason the BTR being made redundant is the Ute is going to be turned up further with more modifications and going a little more to race strip applications so looking for a reliable and safe combination. Have a few mates that are running his new 400+ Kws BTR boxes and are happy as cops with a radar trap on a drag strip.Got the new tail shaft in and it's a ripper !! New Rims are on too...Went a slightly different style... Tail shaft install Trip.On the loose Axle tube, this Ute just likes twisting/breaking gear !!! Anyone else had this problem ??? All Fixed !! Going for a full manual reverse patten. Am gathering the info for this but a little to slow due to Dominello saying the new setup is not far away. I do not want to keep humbugging Tony so some clarification on the following would be muchly appreciated. 1. Cross member, can the existing be modified ???2. Different Dia sizes between the BTR and T400, for the modification to the Tail Shaft, the yoke change over should be sweet.3. Going for braided oil lines with pwr coolers/Fans under the tray, What size lines (does 5/16) sound right and what fittings out of the T400 will be required.4. Having ABS should the speedo be fine, read that if not ABS equipped the speedo works off the Box. 5. Tuner (Blueboost) is all go for a re-fresher tune due to the BTR electronics no longer there. 6. Looking at a B&M Pro Ratchet Quicksilver Shifter - The cable runs the same side as for the BTR... is there any info I need to know about this, Will most likely have to get a new leather surround made ??The box/stally will already have a custom bell housing made to the same length as the T400. Will also post this up the the Transmission Section - Thankyou for any help.

New turbs has a nice push about it, heaps less wheel spin. * T400/3000 Stall and Hurst Shifter, Check. * Rear suspension tweaked to get the ponies down to the ground. * GT Bar/Doof Doof Audio/FPV Wheel and the FG Flip Keys are sooo good.
