Really wierd orange sky from dawn this morning as a result of a dust storm that's come from up Broken Hill way...

I looked out my lounge window this morning & I thought holy sh1t. Ive never seen an orange glow like it.

I half expected to see a mushroom cloud over the city.

Was a great red dawn before settling into the current orange filth. I used it as an excuse to not to go work as I dont want my baby to suck up lots of orange dust!

Up here in southern qld its just as bad less the 100 meters visabilty here in stanthorpe.

I also believe it is on the gold coast.

Its funny how the morning tv shows did not even metion qld when they reported this.

I forgot to add this is happens up here alot.

Haha, unless you can drive from Sydney to there and back in a day the Sydney-centric tv people don't give a rats. QLD is like a whole nother country to them.

It's building up even here in Brissy now. If it gets any thicker it's time to organise a posse and start looting.

It started here in Canberra yesterday morning. Worse thing for my car was that it got rained on a bit before I put it in the garage. Then overnight, those water drops dried and turned orange. Now my car looks like a leopard with little orange spots everywhere.
