The holes look smaller than Herrods/factory grille.

It's dearer than the flymesh, but IMHO you get what you pay for.For about $150 Lou will post you a grille that looks factory, is powder-coated, and has the same flat surround as the upper grille. So it just slips into place and can be fastened with two self tappers and a cordless drill. This is unlike the flymesh , which is straight, flat metal. It's also unlike the Herrod product, in that it doesn't have the logo, which does cheapen the thing.Lou's in QLD and his number is 0418 734 971.

I've been lurking in the background for a couple of months now, partly due to the fact that I don't have the technical knowledge that you all do . Note that I don't even have an avatar etc...I don't have a camera or scanning gear, so can't do pics at this stage. But I'd describe the grille as being almost identical to the top one. But it's metal (powder-coated the same colour), and the gaps in the mesh are marginally smaller than the factory product. The top grille diamonds are 9cm long and 2cm tall, whilst the bottom one's are 5cm long and 2cm tall. It has a nice factory-feel surround - just like the top one. Oh, and can I welcome myself to team phantom at this stage???!!!
