Better Way To Organise Sponsors

I'm not sure if I'm going about this wrong, but I can't even simply find where half of these sponsors are located. Can each of them have a sticky with business details rather than sifting through all the random posts in each sponsor section.

I would tend to agree. When first started on the forum it was difficult to find where some sponsors are located or who the contact is at the sponsor! Might be worth a sticky to each sponsor. Address contact number member name on forum and maybe an overview of what they do etc etc etc.

My 2 cents worth! Good suggestion I reckon!

Fair comment.

The advertisers usually have "sticky" threads in their section describing their business, which means you have extra work to sort out what they do and where they are.

We'll look into it.

How do we make a thread a sticky?

#5

Pretty sure it's a mod thing but I could be wrong!

sponsors should really have mod powers in their own section

Good comment.

I have done a quick sticky in our section and will complete it a bit later

Sponsors do have mod powers in their own section.

You'll find information on all of the sponsors in the 'Welcome' thread of their forum. Every sponsor I have ever setup has a 'Welcome' thread. These threads are all pinned to the top of the forums.

There's also links to their websites (if they have one) on the main page.

All the info is there at the top. You just have to look.
