Custom Height Pics

Hey guys could those of u with custom lowered springs (eg compressed) post up pics of your cars, and info on the type of springs and inches it has been compressed, as im looking to go fair low on mine but not sure where 2 start.

Do you know how many inches it was compressed in the rear?

The owner comes on this forum a bit, I didnt drive it like that too often, as couldnt get in and out of driveways.
