Was thinking about this as I heard the latest update on the radio this morning.

Good to see Channel 9 standing by their gal and taking all Ramsay's shows off the air to prove that she actually IS offended and that it ISN'T a publicity stunt.

Oh... come again? You mean all his shows ARE still on the air??!! Wow, that's unprecedented. I did not see that coming. I feel shocked.

The dumb bitch (and the program) has caused far more damage than a bit of a slur to plenty of people that get tied up in their 'stories'. Look at our very own hypnodoc for example...tried to stitch him up a few years back but it all went belly up.

No sympathy for her whatsoever.

I was always of the opinion that if you don't respect someone, and you don't care what they say, then you won't and can't be offended by them.

Yet she claims she's so offended and she cried etc even though she decries him as a worthless human being? Puh-lease!

No doubt, she said something to fire him up in the first place as the cocky mouth she is, good on him for biting back and giving her exactly what she deserved.

The way the world is headed I'm glad there is still someone out there in the public eye willing to drop the F bomb and speak his mind even if it upsets people. Everyone takes things far to seriously these days and there is a big who-ha over nothing. It comes down to individuals choice. Everyone knows what he is like and if you don't like it - don't watch him! What pissed me off is people who watch things they don't like just so they can complain about it, which ruins it for everyone else! I like the bloke and as the saying goes - "if you're easily offended - I <3 Bananas off"

If it doesn't involve theft, cruely, senseless violence, or paedophillia, any publicity is good publicity.

Never let the truth get in the way of a good story seems to be their creed. I have appeared on all the commercial channels in Aus; Channel 9 will always have a go if you let them, but Today Tonight will stoop much lower. Channel 10 is the only commercial station who keep away from from the gutter stuff in spite of the publics seeming addiction to it.

I'm pretty sure Gordon would have laughed himself to sleep for a few nights, 300 million $$$$ against a backwater station in the global market would mean nothing to him. God you should have seen the outcry on British TV and in the daily tabloids when he got caught having a bit on the side last January, he told them all to get fuc@ked and his sales went through the roof. Judging by all the lines on his face he's a pretty thick skinned ba$tard who calls a spade a shovel and has no hesitation belting someone with it.
