Benny Member 1,869 Member For: 23y 1m 21d Gender: Male Location: Newcastle Posted 29/03/09 06:20 AM Posted 29/03/09 06:20 AM Spent 20 years of my life working for Ford in spares so that sort of stuff is not a problem Besides the flash tune with injectors Benny I have the following:1 FG F6 intercooler. 2 FG GT cold air intake ( complete setup including air hose leading to throttle body which has a bigger diameter)3 A custom made scoop about 2 inches by 6 inches that's attached to bottom of the plastic radiator sight shield just under the air box scoop that cause an air ram effect .4. Just replaced the FG F6 rear muffler with FG GT rear twin mufflers. That is it, nothing else at the moment. as for torque im not sure but will post some pics and chart tommorow.Thanks for the update Tpinto.Can you explain your GT air intake hose a little more clearly or post a pic. I'm not clear on what hose your are referring to. The hose off the air box lid travels over the cam cover and to the turbo, is that the one you are talking about?Thanks,Benny

The hose on the GT is different to the XR8 because the throttle body on the GT is bigger . I had to get this hose and mod it . The XR8 hose wont fit over the GT box because it a smaller diameter and yes on the turbos it goes from the box to the tube over the cam cover.Tpinto - you weren't in warwick farm today were you? So to be safe we dropped the power to the 301 mark.mods I have is full exhaust and nizpro injectors...Next will be Stage 2 PW cooler, pw surge tank fuel pump, pw airbox/cai, turbo mod(possibly upgrade).But seriously recon you could hook us up with some fpv *beep* :D Edited 29/03/09 11:52 AM by djkice

I left Ford a few months ago so I depend on a couple of mates working there to help me out now. The problem with FPV stuff is that most of the parts are on restriction and a vin number is required for Ford motor company to release the parts. Price wise, I cant get the prices I was getting when I was working there but I still get a good discount.
