99.98% IT Geek here. The 0.02% Grease Monkey portion allows me to change wheels, check the oil and coolant level, and say mechanical stuff like "that doesn’t look too good" when smoke is pouring from under the bonnet (hasn’t happened yet, touch wood! :D)

Old style "hands-on" man.....(Ken, you bloody stay away)

Long background in refrigeration trades.

Can make anything out of anything, weld, machine, glue, handyman of some note ('cept if you ask SHMBO)

Have built a couple of HiPo engines. (Mini way back and 2 x BMW not so way back)

Bit of an archilles heel with electrononics.

Absolute IT dinosaur. (though typing skills are OK for an old f*rt) Don't even know how to include a quote box in a reply.

But.....just luv the interaction on this forum.

Just hit the "Quote" button in the message you want to answer, instead of "Add Reply" button at the bottom of the page and your message will appear with the "Quoted" message included.

Looks like it did ... if you want to get adventureous, you can even edit the quoted post.

When you are adding your stuff, look down the page to the "Original Post to Quote" section. You can edit this text, but be careful, it can get a little screwed up.
