Diff should only affect fuel consumption on open road, as for example at a 100 you car will not sit at 1800rpm but 2500 instead.

Yeah, that's about right. If you get a new LSD get a 4 pinion LSD, much tougher than the stock 2 pinion.

Look for Differential Workshops, also a lot of Auto shops do it as well. Otherwise try performance shops. Yellow pages is your friend.

I was thinking that just a minispool will do me for now but ill look into this option aswell and ill post y findings for you

4th gear revs in relation to road speed with different ratio diffs on 17" rims.

3.45@110 kpm = 2128 rpm

3.45@100 kpm = 1935 rpm

3.45@80 kpm = 1548 rpm

3.9@110 kpm = 2406 rpm

3.9@100 kpm = 2187 rpm

3.9@80 kpm = 1750 rpm

4.11@110 kpm = 2535 rpm

4.11@100 kpm = 2305 rpm

4.11@80 kpm = 1844 rpm

So getting a higher diff ratio, say the 4.11's will give you much better accelleration but a lower top speed?
