Hey guys, as you might know from my post before I got my hands on a brand new set of brembos, but im having major problems fitting them as the wheels hit the callipers by about 5mm :spoton::nyaah: , Does anyone know where I can get longer wheel studs for them.

Is they anything I can do, to make them fit cos I wont be changing my rims that's for sure

Cheers Charlie

AFAIK you'll need new rims or put the standard brakes back on.

The drawback of big brakes!

5mm is alot.

I'm guessing that the inner spokes are hitting on the calipers. The best way to fix this is new wheels but a spacer may be able to be fitted to the hub before the wheel is put on. I don't believe they are legal but if you have enough stud length and get good enough amount of threads on with the nuts it should be ok. Be careful doing this though.

fibration is a spacers worst enemy. I was in a car that had a spacer on it and it let go. Not fun at all :beerchug:

Nah there is NO WAY they will fit if it is 5mm plus how will longer wheel studs help???

Maybe get a New Set of Custom Rims made up by Simmons to suit but you may need to go 20's???

I was about to say mate you have 3 piece wheels offset is your friend hehehe... when you get a chance can you measure how far the caliper comes out from the rotor... I wanna ensure I have enough room for these 6 pots also behind my spokes ;)
