Hi,

Just a little I idea I have. Would it be possible to install the front drive system from a Territory under a Falcon/Typhoon?

I have had a breif look at how to do it, and without pulling the car apart and accuratley maesuring and trialing things, it seem possible.

Just want to know if anyone has considered this or if any one has done it.

P.S. Just to make things harder, I would like to keep the Tremec 6 Speed.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Rob

The test muel for the Territory AWD running gear was in a falcon shell.

It would be possible, but I would think expencive. I am sure someone will do it oneday.

I reckon the end result would be amazing, but I'm not volunteering my TT for the experiment.

Agreed - would need a fair bit of R&D, time and money.

On the plus side - 5500rpm launches FTW. With the right mods would prove a tasty drag warrior crackin 9's.

where would the front diff go!!?!

Yeah, a 2000kg Typhoon, just what the doctor ordered. Fit racelogic traction control and get some better tyres.

I think with the FG it would be an easier job as the new falcon uses the same set up.

Two more shafts to break :)
