March 9, 200917 yr #21 I would also like the Dark Argents for my car, but I also want a 9.5" rear to get more rubber on the road.It would be good if the copies came in a 9.5", I am sure many of us would jump at the chance to get the wider stock rims.
March 9, 200917 yr #22 does anyone know the paint code for the dark agents as I want to get my fg 19's powder coated my rims dont look too dis-similar to them??
March 9, 200917 yr #23 call Greg from wheelmags in Melb, he sells Dark Argent copies, $1900-$2100 depending on which tyres you want, his number is 0422 267630.
March 9, 200917 yr #24 I purchased a set of the dark argents from greg at magwheels 2 weeks back, awsome to deal with and was very supprised at how well they were packaged. Only thing is I dont like them, thought they'd look smick on my white ute but they look like sh*t . So now im waiting for my new rims to turn up and hopefully these look better.
September 16, 201115 yr #25 so what did u do with your argent wheels?also, anyone know how the replica compares to the original in terms of strength and weight?thanks
September 16, 201115 yr #26 just checked out magwheel.com.au and they are in melb, anyone know of anyone who does excellent replica of the argent up in sydney?
September 16, 201115 yr #27 There are some for sale on Feebay all the way up to 20". Im after some 19's for my Territory and they come in 8" width, whick works in well using 255/50/19 in the right wheel and tyre load rating (850kg and 104V) for the Territory. The pics look ok and as others have said, its an easy wheel to replicate, with a simple dark finish and not heaps of detail.
