Congratulations Keith - that's awesome news. Enjoy it mate. It's nice feeling settled and knowing you can do what you want with the place.

Thanks Andrew :spoton:  two nights down and I'm loving it more and more. Even took public transport to my workplace's Melbourne city office and it wasn't a huge increase compared to where the rental was, so that's acceptable.

Looking at stuff on marketplace and I see a cheap guitar. I say to the missus, "I'll get that and drop the lad at his friends house while I'm there". Turns out the seller is the father lol.

I have a nice vintage acoustic but a cheap one will be good for the family :)

Yes and no, yes cos it's a steel string, no cos I still don't have any passion for guitar anymore.

How's it going settling into the new place? You got all your stuff there yet?

That's a shame you don't have guitar passion anymore...

yeah, pretty much everything is at the new house except for a few tools/equipment to clean up the rental. Heaps of boxes half-emptied and laying around, as you'd expect... :) will hoe into those on the weekend, probably, to try and get a bunch of all of that crap sorted sooner rather than later, as if you put off that sort of thing, it sometimes never gets done ahha

Eh it's all gone into singing so it's not a total loss.

May as well just pay to get it done man, save you the headache of dealing with it. Haha you're right about keeping at it lol. Pretty sure I still have a bag of baby clothes in a wardrobe in the shed from 12 years ago.
