Bloody tight@rse bosses. :spoton: It has finally decided that 4 of us should get upgraded work computers, at least 2 of us have computers that are probably at least 10 years old (mine is Celeron 333 upgraded about 4 years ago to C 466 :w00t2: ). Instead of throwing the old ones away (not worth selling because they have held onto them for so long, probably lucky if we could give them away) and buying complete new systems they are just going to upgrade the parts like the processer and RAM. I get to keep my "new" (4yo) 15" monitor. They budgeted the princely sum of $800 for each upgrade. IT guy says we will probably only get Pentium 2.6 which is old now anyway. :w00t2:

I hear they ordered you a new printer too mate, HP Inkjet

Just been handed the order for my new computer, it's only a Celeron 2.4.  :w00t2:  :w00t2:

Be happy with what you have!

I have to run 3 Microcat catalogues, Subaru FAST, EKTA, Outlook, NewCar daysheet (internal), AutoOffice, and usually TMCA.com on my machine at once, and what do I have? Celeron 1.0!

Be happy with 2.4!

No wonder they took internet access off you, computer would probably have a heart attack trying to run that as well, especially all the pr0n you download...wait on...that's me!

I think one of the reasons the net was axed was becuae there were at least 3 of us live streaming Nova radio....... :spoton:

The biggest dealer principal in America owns us! He can afford it! that's what we kept telling ourselves anyway......

Can companies, for example the one I work for, claim Internet usage on their tax? We cannot survive without the Internet, I use it for ordering a lot of stuff.....

...and maybe a bit of live streaming!
