Ford Falcon XT: Performance*

0-400m: 15.2 seconds

Top speed after 400m: 150km/h

Ford Falcon XR6T and G6E Turbo: Performance*

0-100km/h: 5.1 seconds

0-400m: 13.4 seconds ß OMG!!!

Top speed after 400m: 172km/h

wouldnt surprise me if ford got rid of the V8 like they did in the late 80s.

Why would you want something that's slower and uses more fuel?? Oh but it sounds good The new phoon will hose all the competition...

That's pretty damn impressive!! A standard XR6 turbo faster than a HSV ... bring on the typhoon

They claim 11.7L/100klms out of the XR6T..... Good luck!

Hmm, find it hard to believe that the XR8 is slower than the BF version especially with the extra 30kw, when the T is .5 sec quicker.

Still 13.4 is fantastic from a stock XR6T, lets so how much juice there is left with an edit!

on the drive review the photos of the interiors on the XR6 and XR6T SHOW the colour screen where the XT just has the standard single colour 1? I thought the xr6 and xr6t also have the standard single colour 1?

were the cars they had optioned up?
