I agree with everything you said except doing what feels right. I think this is a decision that needs to be made with your head, sure your heart has to be in any decision you make, but the head should be closing the deal. Dags buying a Expensive Daewoo is proof of that :Welcome2FordXR6t:

He guys I'm buyin. I'm 25 and are paying of one house. and a seond block of land. My goal is to have quite a few rental propertys when I'm older. I'm a builder by trade so just buying land and building cheap houses then renting them(hope my idea works)

I'd like to live of my rentals when I retire.

Where do you live mate?

Sounds like it is somewhere where land is relatively cheap if you can pay off a house and a block of land. No cyclone rating so houses are also relatively cheap to build. I reckon you are in Adelaide!

its a life changing experience and has set me and my partner up for life.

my father got a factory unit to build hotrods mum got a merc and all of her un finished renovations finished.
