I'm suprised it's not coughing and spluttering with all that fuel , running rich as.As others have said sounds like you have larger squirters. Out of curiosity what boost is being achieved??

Mate seems like a custom tune is required, Capa (Martin aka Street Tuner)or KPM motorsport site sponsor. Give 'em a call they should be able to sort you out and get that lost 60rwkw back for you

a mate who knows kpm is getting a price for me, Rang Morpowa and they said it wldnt be worth putting a tune in until things are fixed , The tuner at aussie dyno told me this as well ,, im guna have to check the dump pipe cos it may be 3.5

boost was about 7-8 psi if im reading the above sheet correctly.

maybe a collapsed cat.

This would be my first place to look. Running that rich, the cat will be well and truly rooted.

I rooted a cat (not literally!) in under 2,500 klms becuase of running rich.

I had my thoughts about this and it wld be restricting power quite a bit. havnt heard any rattles though. would have fouled the Oxy sensor as well

what colour are the injectors? do yourself a favour and buy a flash tuner from kpm with their $495 special and then give street tuner a call and get it on a dyno with someone who knows these cars

does it idle properly? if it doesn't then its a good bet the injectors have been upgraded without a tune...

was speaking to a mechanic during the week about getting an exhaust put on and he said if you whack on a full exhaust straight onto these cars they will run really rich and would require a tune. This might be all you need *shrugs*

Just check the part number on the injectors and compare with a stock XR6 T or typhoon....

Don't think fitting a full free flowing exhaust will make it run rich , I would have thought quite the opposite
