Agreed- this matter was illegal before and after work choises.

The course of action now- hire a lawer to represent myself to re-gain my position.

This is not ecconomically viable, particularly when I've been sacked.

As said before I don't agree with everything unions do but I need their protection.

Firstly, my CaPsLock was not stuck, I did it in caps to make reading my answers easier.

Secondly, you seem to have a very slanted and biased view against JH. While this would be ok if you were correct, I think you need to try to get the brain washing reversed as your opinions are tainted with ACTU advertising and Labour brainwashing.

The Federal government made it a platform for the 1998 election. They said if they were reelected they would bring in GST.

They were voted in and guess what...thry brought in GST. It was not hidden, it was not deceptive. Work Choices was another example of being upfront.

The ACTU put up a huge anti government BS scare tactic and they still got in.

Work Choices is good for the country as is GST. While it takes some time to get used to it, it will allow our country to move forward and not live in the 1950's.

Yes it's probably not the morally correct thing to do, but then neither is exporting live animals or the like. I suppose we should stop doing that as well, along with shutting down coal fired power stations.

All the arguments that you raise can be said for both sides of parliament though mate, they are all a bunch of crooks. And it's just a matter of choosing the best of a bad bunch. You mentioned watching him in the media not answering questions straight....are you serious...a politician...I would never expect that.

Mate let me tell you that there is a lot more to the AWB thing than you could possibly know, my cousin was stuck in the middle of it. Please dont believe everything you see on TV.
