blah blah blah... I want sick leave, I want better money, I want more public holidays...

and guess what, my boss should give it to me.... why?? cause he owes me a living... why should he be entitled to make all this money?? he should have to give me some :gooff:

and as for giving me the sack... well fark that for ajoke... he cant do that... cause ill wave my my little magic wand and fark him over?? why? cause Im entitled to work even if my job is no longer required or the company can see the money better spent elsewhere or maybe the company just cant afford me anymore... well fark that ill get my union bloke to rip into him.

oh fark.. I am my boss :spit:

farking whinging, whining commos :fool:

Don't remember talking about more of anything just keeping what we have. Sounds like typical :pooh: from a Shiny Arse.

hey you want to shine it for me... good money... sorry no public holidays... and minimal sick leave.

it was a general comment... maybe your union rep needs to be brought in so you can understand the issue :bum:

Sorry I like a spirited debate, I'm a shiny arse to. Although I have worked on both sides of the fences. Just because I'm now a manager doesn't mean I agree with all of their views. And yes I am still in the union :pooh:

Ok... I promised to bite my tongue but it didnt work... so Ill just say this and then bite my tongue agin

to cut a long story short... Unions did not start out bad... over time it has just become such a political organistaion that it has become self serving. ... It doesnt have anyones best interests at heart but their own.... its all about getting the dollars in the door and that p1sses me off.

so I say fark the unions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ill make my own way in life thanks....

Turbodewed is right.

Just as a boss can give you the sack, surely we need someone who can help give them a bit of a battle too, so in come the unions.

Workers need every bit of protection they get.

Whilst compaanies are making millions (lower tax rate than the average), they can dock entitlements and conditions.

I hope you all enjoy your good hours, weekends, holidays, sick days and job security, because unions have been vital in providing these

what conditions and entitlements?

dont get me wrong I think we need unions, there are some really sh*t bosses out there. Take your "company making millions" comment and shove it. Start your own f*ckin company then, im so sick of these fukwits who think they have a right to work and be paid well, it aint a right its something you earn. I think we all should be paid what we deserve but that will fail because over 2/3 of the county will starve (most would be union members I bet). I will support unions when they demonstrate to me that they truely have the members interest at heart. The unions wanted to bankrupt james hardie over the abestos debarcle, what good is that, surely you let them trade and continually repay the debt incurred. By the way I was on the site that started the cole inquiry, it was the most blatent demonstration of union bullying I have ever seen. The gov's reaction was little better though.

Mate , wake up ..... hello. If it was not for the unions there would be more people in jobs :w00t2: Employers paying wages , improving skill sets and productivity , rather than wasting serious money on the eternal ambit claims that add nothing other than funding the Unions and their stooges coffers.

Blow it out your arse :w00t2: give me half a dozen reasons why in todays society the union movement provides anything other than an on cost to the job provider, without any improvement to productivity or output. Free lunch anyone. ??

"If that's being Commo, it's commo where I stand, We're Commo's to a man" nothings changed in thirty years.

And it is the Unionists right that the world owes them ..... :w00t2:

Not everyone elses fault that some people will never even be mediocre, why should the rest of us be punished because of that.

Chimp Chimp Chimp , like that :tease:
