February 4, 200719 yr #21 thanks matemods will be,EDIT3' CATSIEMENS DEKA INJECTORSWOG COOLERF6 CAIWOG DOUBLE PLATE CLUTCH for T56with more to come Pick it up tomorrow night...... Ill let you no the results!←Hey Jet, How mucha it cost to get the 330rwkw
February 4, 200719 yr #22 Well done mate, the people who really know Nick, know what he can do. It's only those with an agenda that seem to think he can't tune BMX's.What? I thought he tuned your bmx ... So well infact you lost KG's cos you had to pedal great success !!
February 4, 200719 yr #23 At what speeds are you guys breaking traction in the dry? The reason I ask is that my brother just put his name down on a typhoon today as well as my mate, and when he went for a test drive he said he was just cruising at about 35 to 40kms and then planted and the F6 broke into a little bit of wheel spin. So was just wondering what type of speeds this happens with this power level.←Congrats on your new found power, mate. I was the bloke with Nick when you came in to ask him questions about how good it will go afterwards & we spoke about how un-impressive they are in standard form... lol. I also had mine re-tuned on the day you came to pick yours up. So was I wrong about the tyres? I did tell it was pointless comparing a standard T & a modded T, is like comparing chalk & cheese! I asked Nick keep my power down to 320RWKW, torque @ 1266NM, max boost no more than 14-15psi & the AFRs are in the low 12s. Maybe some might refer to this as a "softc0ck" tune but, I'm happy with it. Mine has a rebuilt & strengthened Auto, 3 1/2" Turbo-back SS X-force exhaust, Deka Injectors, Walbro fuel pump, Wog Cooler, F6 CAI, K&N filter & a Wog Tune. I admit I don't drive it like I stole it but, I do drive it like it was meant to be driven! Now start saving for those tyres! Edited February 4, 200719 yr by PumpedUp

What did you end up pulling?Jet
February 5, 200719 yr #26 Hello Guys,Good going, it's fun to have your car modded into a little beast. One thing though, the torque seems very ambitious for those power levels. At what rpm do you have 330rwkw, and what rpm is the 1k Nm torque acheived?I have had my F6 Tornado done by Nizpro last week, and have 368rwkw, with peak torque on the engine being 530FtLb, which translates back to 875Nm on the flywheel. So, something seems off here with your torque figures. Unless you are hitting very high rwkw at very low rpms. like 2000rpm. But, this torque will rapidly start to dwindle if this rwkw number is constant up to the higher rpm ranges.Br,MrBean.
February 5, 200719 yr #27 Hi Mr Bean, let me first say I love your scetches & secondly you are correct about these torque figures NOT being TRUE engine torque figures. From the way I once had it explained to me, there is a formula for working out the approximate engine torque fiqure(not that I can remember what the heck it is ATM). To work out the figure, you need to know the exact sizes(diameters) of the Dyno rollers & your wheels or something along those lines. If anyone who's in the know can explain it to us in Layman's terms, please feel free to do so. I
February 5, 200719 yr #28 I asked Nick keep my power down to 320RWKW, torque @ 1266NMYeah right 1266nm Get your dyno figured and AFR's backed up on anothr dyno mate CYA JEFF
February 5, 200719 yr #29 Wheel torque is multiplied by gears ratio, diff ratio, tyre to dyno roller ratio and on an auto the torque converter multiplys it a bit also. So flywheel (engine) torque will be less.

And I made this post in another thread don't know why it ended up in this one. Edited February 5, 200719 yr by EZ2CME
